Thanksgiving Weekend

Our Thanksgiving weekend was wonderful. It was full of food, family and traditions. We had 4 generations at our Thanksgiving breakfast, picking out our Christmas tree and for a Thanksgiving dinner. Jason older brother even made it for our Thanksgiving dinner on Friday night. This years tree has been the largest pain in the world. It didn't want to fit into the tree stand so it had to be tied to the wall with fishing line. Griswold family here we come!

The kids got to ride the bus home last week. Priss had a bad experience the first day because she had to sit at the back of the bus all by herself. Thanks to Honey that got changed the next day and then she was elated to ride the bus home. Swee was in heaven since he got to sit with a little girl from his class. They can't wait for tomorrow to get here so that they can ride the bus home this week.

too cute not to post

reading one of his favorite books at the kitchen table this morning!

Trick or Treating, Oh What Fun!

all ready to go. in fact swee and priss were so impatient that we sent them across the street to the neighbor's house just to give us a couple more minutes to get doodle ready.

played catch-up all night but didn't mind at all. he was mister independent wanting to walk to the doors by himself and even pick out his own candy.

our sweet neighbor across the street. her and her husband authored (sp) a book and gave us a copy. the kids love it and think it is pretty neat to have a real author living across the street.

doodle and jason making their way to the next house with a light on.

he didn't quite make it all the way up to the door before priss greeting him with some candy.

he literally sat down in the middle of the street. i think he was ready to go home and enjoy some of the spoils he received. jason and priss continued on while the boys and i headed home to pass out some treats of our own.
