BSU Homecoming Parade and She's 5 months

This pretty pink princess was in the BSU homecoming parade this past weekend.  She got to ride on a float with her dance company but the best thing to her was getting to dance up and down the streets during the parade.

The boys waited so patiently for the parade to begin.  They then loved trying to find Priss in the parade.  The fact that candy was being thrown in their direction didn't hurt a bit either.

Five months of a pure blessing is what you see here.  She loves life and all those who are in her world.  She lights up for her sister and brothers, is sometimes unsure about others but it completely a Momma's girl through and through.  Daddy has his special place in her heart too, especially when he is watching football and she gets to join him.  She is the only one who will sit still and watch it with him.  That has stolen his heart for sure.

This pretty little princess is 4 1/2 months old and loves being social.  She isn't rolling over but I prefer it that way.  She giggles and talks to whomever will listen.

During part of Jason's fall break we spent sometime with his parents in North Carolina.  The kids had fun getting to be a grandma and grandpa's house, and to drive their riding lawn mower. They even made homemade chalkboard with Grandma Pat.

I love her CHUBBY thighs in this picture.  Chubby is putting it mildly.

He was our own little Lightning McQueen at the go kart track.  There was one track that he was tall enough to drive all by himself and it made his day.  He drove so well that people were commenting that he must have one at home or that it wasn't his first time behind the wheel.

The two of the raced each time they drove.  Swee was always looking to pass her but she blocked very well.  However, one time he managed to pass her and he was off for the rest of the time they drove.
The difference between the two of them was amazing.  We, Jason and myself, thought that the kids would love getting to ride with him on the large race track but we were only 50% right.  He hated it and that is putting it mildly.  Jason said he asked to quit from the moment they took off.
On the other hand, she thought it was a roller coaster and kept putting her hands in the air and yelling at the top of her lungs for him to go faster.  Swee didn't want to relinquish his driving opportunity to Dad so he opted to just stick with the smaller track that he was tall enough to drive on.

To make it up to him after his horrible experience of riding with Jason we let him ride the train.

Little Priss and I just hung out and took pictures and videos of everyone having fun.  It was so fun to watch the kids drive and even to see Doodle hating the go kart ride with Jason.  Memories to cherish!
