Our Priss celebrated her 6th birthday today. We actually celebrated her birthday family style yesterday since she informed me that we always do birthdays over two days and she didn't think it was right that we were going to celebrate with both her party and family celebration on the same day. Yesterday she woke up to her birthday sign and presents waiting for her. She loved it! We had our traditional birthday brownies as dessert following dinner. This morning she woke up and we got ready to party.
A lot of wonderful people came to celebrate with us and many others were sorely missed. The kids had a blast with the water balloons and the water blasters that were supplied following lunch, cake and ice cream. The comical part was when the adults managed to get blasted by the kids. Thankfully it was extremely hot out so the moms, grandmas and aunts weren't too upset.
Thanks to everyone who was able to come we appreciate you taking time to be with us today.
